The holidays are here! Prepare yourself for this holiday season and avoid gift-giving stress in this two part workshop focused on skills necessary for creative gift-giving during the holidays and in daily life. Express your artistic side by creating unique wrapping paper or fabric patterns through techniques such as stamping or embossing, then learn about techniques for tactile gift identification and practice gift wrapping. We will teach traditional gift wrapping as well as furoshiki style wrapping (traditional Japanese cloth used for wrapping and transporting goods).
Feel free to bring your own gifts to wrap during the workshop!
This workshop will be taught by Maia Scott, Bobbi Pompey, Gina di Grazia, and Divina Carlson.
