Do you know how to protect your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)? Join us for a Zoom training designed to help you understand what the ADA really means for you out in the world. Focused on navigating public spaces and digital environments, this session will break down your rights in clear, practical terms. Learn how to advocate for yourself, recognize when your rights are being violated, and take action with confidence.
The training will be led by Deepa Goraya, an attorney at McGuinness Law Group, PC, who is herself blind. McGuinness Law Group, based in Oakland, California, is dedicated to advancing disability rights through legal advocacy.  It represents people with disabilities in both California and Washington, D.C.
