Jul 16The Talking Books and Braille Center at the San Francisco Public Library is offering a series of Adaptive Chair Yoga classes with Nancy Yates at the TBBC or on Zoom. Stay cozy at home or come to the library. The classes will be held on Wednesdays March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18 and July 16 from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm. Nancy Yates will be leading this gentle yoga class designed for people with low vision or blindness of all age groups and experience levels.
